FitLife™ Nutrition has a number of customer programs including:

Initial Visit:
During your first visit, your FitLife™ coach will review your body composition, as well as your medical history, dietary habits, lifestyle, work, family and activity levels. This is the benchmark to which your eating pattern will be designed. And it will be developed using only the foods you love!

Follow-Up Visits:
Follow-up visits are a key component of your FitLife™ program. They help you reinforce and maintain a commitment of a lifetime of healthy food choices for yourself. On a biweekly basis you will stay focused and motivated with the support from our team of fat loss coaches.

Professional Fees:
Personal training can be purchased in mini-memberships. Sessions range from 12 to 100 visits.

Our professional fees are based upon your commitment. Costs work on a sliding scale. For example, the more sessions you purchase at one given time, the lower the per-session cost becomes. Single private sessions range from the upper $40's and up.
