Small Group Natural Movement Training
Small, in-person sessions of 2-4 people at similar levels of fitness. Includes Initial Assessment, 45-min Group Workouts & Coaching. Meet 2-3 times per week at Hamden gym, and enjoy access to equipment, showers, and facilities. Optional 1-on-1 training upgrades available.
