TIER 1

1-on-1 Training with Todd Murray

45-minute reverse engineering & corrective exercise program with expert fitness instructor, Master Trainer, and gym owner, Todd Murray. This program is designed for athletes, injury recovery and professionals only, and is custom-build around the individual. Includes Personalized Assessments, Customized Workouts, Accountability, Nutrition Guidance, Coaching, Direct Access to Todd. Full access to gym, showers, facilities.

TIER 2

Small Group Natural Movement Training

Small, in-person Personal Training sessions of 2-6 people. 30 minute sessions. 6 days a week, morning and evening options available. Build a solid foundation in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Strengthen joints, build muscle, lose weight, cultivate balance and mobility. Natural movement, functional fitness style easily adapts to all levels of fitness. The perfect balance of Fitness, Nutrition & Accountability to help you reach your goals! Optional 1-on-1 training upgrades available.

TIER 3

On-Demand Functional Fitness Program

Workout any time, any place. Includes Personalized Workout with Videos, Accountability, & Coaching. All you need is a mobile device, a small area to exercise, and a few portable training items (such as resistance bands, dumbbells, yoga mat, etc.) Optional in-person training upgrades available.
