Complimentary Boxing Class

Get a killer 45-minute boxing workout at Results Plus Fitness in Hamden, CT.  This class will be led by a pro boxer at our climate-controlled gym. Water and towels will be available; however, attendees should plan to bring a set of boxing bag gloves. If you don't arrive with gloves, Results Plus will also have gloves for purchase upon arrival.
